Parul Pandey is a behavioral scientist and a communication & professional grooming coach. Parul’s expertise lies in the area of technicalities of phonetics, diction & voice as well as nuances of effective communication. Parul is an empanelled assessor with the world’s leading workplace talent assessment solutions firm engaged in ability and personality tests, and psychometric assessments in more than 50 countries. She is also a visiting faculty with some of the leading MBA institutes.

She has 15 years of experience as an HR professional. In the HR consulting domain, she creates Organizational Competency Models and also designs & runs complete assessment centers/ development centers. She has worked in reputed companies like HCL Technologies, Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd. & Heraeus Kulzer and has consulted for with renowned companies like Hindustan Unilever, Accenture, Genpact, NIIT, ABB India, GAIL, MPS Technologies and many more.

In her last assignment at Kulzer, she was heading the HR function.
