Recommendations of the participants:
**
Amanda Gigler, Executive Director, CALALA Fondo de Mujeres / Women's Fund (business partner):
“Oksana's courses in wine education are rich in content, creativity and quality. As part of our foundation's economic solidarity initiatives, Oksana gave a workshop on Wine in Moderation which included wine education and tasting. All participants left the workshop enthusiastic, well-informed and eager to test their learnings in identification and pairing of wines. We found the workshop not only fun and unique, but also reasonably priced. I was continously impressed by Oksana's professionalism and flexibility during the planning and execution of the workshop, as well as her generosity in donating the proceeds to our foundation!” February 7, 2011
