About question 9: both options should be considered correct ones, grammatically speaking. As the context AIMS TO CHECK FUTURE GRAMMAR accuracy, the only available option then is:

Listening to that priest is going to make you cry.

My question now moves to FUNCTION. Not Grammar: What are we trying to communicate in this statement?? Going to is used for: (1) predictions that are to take place soon and (2) plans one has already set.

It seems to me, the statement: "Listening to that priest is going to make you cry".
is not anya of the cases above.

This is why GRAMMAR is not everything for/when COMMUNICATING.
