About the presenter: Denis Petelin
The Online Class/ Webinar series is being presented by Denis Petelin. Denis is an experienced project manager with unique experience – he started as junior software developer and has worked through full software project life cycle working in many roles. He was Business Analyst, Senior Developer, Tester, Maintenance Specialist and has even some experience in Build Engineering. For 03 years he was owner of small software development boutique developing custom web applications on top of heavyweight legacy systems like SAP, Axapta, Navision, XAL. As a project manager, he saw that training to new team members as well as existing team members was very important. He started with tech bootcamps for new team members, but soon had to explain more and more sophisticated subjects like technical leadership skills, requirements development, project planning and finally profitability and software project sales activities. Now Denis works for EPAM Systems, an outsourcing Major in Eastern Europe as Career Development Manager and Trainer. Also he trains and coaches Trainers & employees from other companies – like INTEL, Microsoft, Yandex etc.
