This presentation will look at this variety and explains the organizational environment and the challenges it presents to the decision maker. Upon completion of this presentation you can expect to have an understanding of what each organizational decision making environment requires, and how to approach these environments appropriately. Specific attention is given to the strategic environment and how to improve strategic decision making.
