About the Class

Many teachers can collaboratively work on the moodle platform from different places. Within a school, college and university set up many teachers don’t have access to such open source platforms. The only exceptions of availability, the subsequent integration into the curriculum and the experimentation of platforms like Moodle happens with inspired individual teachers working close on developments which are useful for the teaching learning process. The existing programmes like Integrating Technology for Active Life-long Learning (IT4ALL), MMVC, Learning for Content (L4C) WikiEducator workshops help such teachers. In the Indian Scenario, we have many teachers committed to their work but only a few find the time to take part in such programmes. Institutions need to look at the necessity of training teachers periodically in such skills by providing time.
