About the Class

Participants will learn about and practice academic writing using APA style for citing and references. The course will begin on July 15, 2012 and last for 3 months. About the course: Participants will learn what constitutes academic writing and how to use APA style for citations and references. They will read articles and summarize the information using academic writing style.

The course will be for 3 months from the day the participant enrolls.

The course will feature Webinars on WizIQ with recordingsVideosOne-on-one feedback on the student's writing assignments from the facilitator

The facilitator of the online course is Dr. Nellie Deutsch

Dr. Nellie Deutsch (a Canadian instructional designer and curriculum development leader, who has been teaching English and integrating technology into her classes, and presenting, researching, writing, and providing consultation on Moodle for teachers.
