About the Class

Teacher Talk Time is for anyone interested in talking about educational praxis. During this session, I will introduce EduQuiki which will then lead into an open forum related to the topic of accountability in schools.

Teacher Talk Time is for those in-service or pre-service educators, trainers, administrators, etc. interested in sharing experiences and opinions with others. Teacher Talk Time is also an opportunity to network with others as well as to grow your personal learning network as a means of extending your professional learning.

This is the standard for Ben. Another excellent class, full of information and ideas for sharing and giving time to think and reflect about what is interesting in Education. I look forward to learning more about Ted Ed and involving myself with the links you have provided. Priscilla

Profile Summary

As the founder of Teachers for Interactive Language Learning (TILL) (http://benjaminstewart.co), Benjamin Stewart's educational philosophy is to facilitate learners in becoming more apt to form valid, reliable, and unbias arguments, provide innovative solutions to real-life problems, make decisions that resolve cognitive conflict by developing understandings through a difference of opinion or perspective, and create innovative ways of communicating with others. His role is to move learners from being dependent, to independent, to interdependent individuals who are not afraid to take chances, share their successes and failures with others, and are concerned for the well-being of not only themselves, but for others as well. His goal is to help others become more daring, sharing, and caring individuals.
