About the Class:
Of late, it's experienced that the modernization has hugely affected our life style. The motion intrudes badly and mars the emotion silently. Albeit, matching with the steps of societal change is indeed unavoidable! We like it or not, there is no choice left with us other than to assimilate with the motion of this age. So what should we do to counter the deflowering of our emotion? Preserving our emotion is all we can adopt. Thought accumulation is the root-cause of all our grievances; reduction in the thought accumulation gives a refreshing alternative.

The Meditation procedure discussed in this session is a systematic process to reduce the thought accumulation level of our mind. This helps to achieve a preferential height of well being where avoidance to motion is not encrypted, yet a relaxed but specific approach towards the life is reinforced; the newer life after meditation makes everything brighter and smoother to get along! During the session, the theoretical aspects of the Meditation will be scussed. In which hemispheric explanation of our brain is discussed along with different levels of our brain waves with the correlation of activities will be explained. Along with this, the step wise hints to reduce thought accumulation in our mind will also be discussed.
