About the Class

In this class we will be sharing the principles and methods that drive our farm. The term "Georgic" was used by the Roman poet Virgil to describe a specific kind of farming which yields a specific result. We want to share with you what we do, how we do it, and most importantly why we do it. Our dedication to Georgic principles is one of the things that has led us to offering the Full-Diet Family Food Plan, we want to share with our farm members how it relates, and how by choosing to eat well, they are supporting freedom and civilization.
