Worrying is a part of your life.Your mind is programmed to worry and you think negatively and hurt yourself. Worrying leads to stress and stress can make you feel bad and sick. Why do you want to punish yourself? Let's learn to stop worrying. There are different ways to overcome them; exercise, positive thinking, meditation. This class will give you an insight into what worry is. The steps to overcome it follows. Detailed discussion in the coming classes.

Experienced in guidance and counselling.Have experience as an IELTS tutor. I have done Masters in Zoology(M.Sc) and Education(M.Ed). Currently doing Ph.D in Education.I am also trained in Community college teaching and had British Council IELTS Training.I have teaching experience in Biology(secondary),English and Science (elementary), Education(BEd & MEd),Life-skills and IELTS since 1987.I am also a resource person in life-skills and have conducted various seminars.
Experience as academic counsellor with Indira Gandhi National Open University since 2006 and Assistant Regional Director- consultant at IGNOU. A course writer for the programme Post Graduate Diploma in Pre- Primary Education.
