About the Class: |
Method: Photographs and Video will be used for the Ingredients and some of the cooking.
As these recipes are very simple and easy to make..they will be made during the lesson.
Ingredients will be chopped or prepared before the lesson, and listed in the Notes so if you want to make it while you are watching, you can too.
All cooking is over a simple gas fire using a frypan.
Ingredients of this session: 1 onion, ginger, garlic, 1 capsicum or chillie, 1 cup cabbage or spinach, 1 small carrot sliced and diced, 3 mushrooms, piece tofu (optional) salt and pepper to taste, oil for cooking.
