About the Class
This presentation will explore how we are using MOODLE for one on one and group coaching, mentoring and counseling. The workshop will include three case studies of projects that are under development to provide virtual business counseling, life coaching and a government sponsored mentor/protege program with MOODLE, WIZIQ and other tools.
Conrad is an online training instructor approved by the Maryland State Department of Education with extensive training and technical experience. He has over 20 years of training experience in early childhood education and is a trainer of trainers for Childcare Management Solutions. He also served in a variety of capacities with the Federal Government as a Research Economist, a Quality Management Auditor, and during the last twenty years in Information Technology Project Management. Conrad is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, an MBA candidate at the University of Maryland, University College, an owner/operator of the Freedom Manor conference and training center located in Fort Washington, Maryland and a small business consultant with the Maryland Small Business Development Center out of the University of Maryland. Conrad is also a certified MOODLE course developer, COMPTIA A+ certified and he holds the Certified Online Instructor (COI) credential from LERN.org.
