Attempts will be made to explain Agrobacterium as Natural genetic engineer. Exploitation of this ability of Agrobacterium in transferring DNA in plants , to transfer the desired gene after inserting it into T-DNA region of Ti Plasmid .Mechanism for transfer of DNA ,its expression in plant cells will also be described.
