Asalaamu alaykum I need to ask a question regarding Khula and what makes it valid or not I live in London and I've asked several imams and can't get a answer with evidence if I said to my husband I want my Khula and he replies I grant you your Khula does this mean we are harram for each other and no longer married despite us not having a clear understanding of how the Khula works or a Mahr / dowrey being discussed.
