Introduction to Project Management is an introductory level class that will cover the fundamental concepts of Project Management. This class has been designed for professionals with more than 04 years of experience in Computer Hardware, Computer Software or allied IT Services sector. The topics that will be covered in this class include project planning, resource planning, budgeting and progress tracking. These topics will be covered from a theoretical perspective as well as with two case studies each.
