About the Class

The class is about learning North Indian Classical Vocal music. People from any age group who have interest for Indian music and want to make their voice ready for singing should attend the class. Also intermediate and advanced levels are welcome to experience delicate techniques of “voice throwing”. Those who will be joining in this class would be benefited in many ways such controlling breath, using Swar (notes) and create meditation mood, pith correction, entering into the world of traditional Indian classical music. They will also achieve speed on Sargams (singing notes) and singing variety of Bandishes (compositions), Tarana, Thumri, Ghazal, Bhajan and Bollywood songs.
