Test of English as a Foreign Language stands as an important criterion for admissions, scholarship and graduation decisions to Colleges and Universities in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other destinations. The Internet based form of the TOEFL test has gained popularity across the globe and test takers from various countries appear for the TOEFL-iBT online. The Speaking and the Writing Modules, both consist of Independent and Integrated Tasks. This session is based on Strategies for cracking the Independent tasks of the Speaking and the Writing Modules.
In this session, the faculty would show how answers to the 1st and 2nd Tasks in the Speaking Module can actually be planned and prepared in 15 seconds. Then the participants will have a time-bound practice to SPEAK on a number of Topics of the Independent Speaking tasks.
In addition, the Independent Writing task (30 min. Essay) would be discussed in detail. Invaluable tips on planning, organizing and typing the Essay would be provided by the Faculty.
