About the Class

Meimei Fox is an experienced life coach, professional author, and a yoga instructor. She helps people envision and realize their dreams.



She strongly believes that we are more powerful than we know, capable of achieving our loftiest goals but its our behavioral stumbling blocks that work as impediment. Her academic training (MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacific Graduate Institute) and personal experience have equipped her to understand the behavioral stumbling blocks, self-limiting talk, and plain old bad habits that can get in the way of human revelations about self.

For the past decade, she has worked as a professional author, co-author, ghostwriter, and editor of numerous non-fiction books on health, spirituality and psychology. She traveled around the world exploring critical water issues as expedition writer for Alexandra Cousteau’s Expedition: Blue Planet, wherein she wrote daily blogs and co-authored short films.

As an Ana Forrest-trained registered yoga teacher, she teaches yoga in San Francisco. Meimei Fox also leads Karma Yoga Adventures, a unique concept that combines international travel, volunteer service work, and yoga. She calls herself a yogaholic because yoga has had such a profound positive impact on her life.
