This class will give an overview of the type of lab testing that is done during pregnancy and how to recognize and prevent anemia in pregnancy. Taught by Gloria Lemay, the class is 60 mins in length but students can log in 10 mins before the start time and stay and chat for 20 mins after the teaching period ends.

Tonight's class was very informative--I am leaving this class feeling like I have a much better handle on anemia: ways to prevent it, ways to "cure" it. I appreciated having the guideline numbers as a reference point. And a few times it seemed as though Gloria knew my question before I asked it...indeed, as I was typing it out she would provide the answer! I'm going to watch the recording for parts that I missed (due to my late entry, darn computer), so I may have more comments then. Otherwise, thanks Gloria!
