Explains about the challenges faced by designers and typesetters while creating files for epub.
While creating print PDFs, one has to take adequate care to ensure the structure of the document is maintained. The story has to be in one full stream.
All the character & Paragraph styles need to be properly tagged.
Export to ePUB in the latest version of CS5.5 has additional features to fine tune. However, there are still many manual intervention that needs to be taken care of either at the CSS level.
This discussion will focus on the general issues that a paginator / typesetter need to take care.
