hi - I watched the recording - very interesting. However, when I inserted a You Tube video and then tried to play it, it came up with "slide 1 presentation 1 code" and lots of options I don't understand! Help! thanks in advance. (I am quite an old dinosaur!)

Hi,
To insert videos in PowerPoint install authorSTREAM desktop. Download link :- http://www.authorstream.com/desktop/

>>You can see a authorSTREAM tab in the ribbon.
>>Select the tab and click on the “ Insert any URL/Embed option”
>>Insert the YouTube or Vimeo link in the “Enter URL/Embed”
>>Preview the video and click the inset button. The video will be inserted in the slide.

You can even search for videos under the same authorSTREAM tab in the search box and insert them directly from within the PowerPoint.

I hope this solves the problem, if you still have an question do let me know.
