REQUIREMENTS

Your personal MP3 player

All homework assignments are song related and meant to be performed during leisure time and short periods during your day. Your success is critically dependant on the amount of time you rehearse with the provided materials, NOT on time spent in class.

Song MP3

This method is dependant on much practice that is fun and enjoyable. Virtually no one would perform the required number of rehearsals if it is not enjoyable. Some of our songs are available as a free download. Most are not. Therefore you MUST acquire the original song MP3 at your own expense.

Printed Worksheet

The worksheets with translations in your native language must be printed and available during all rehearsals. There is no acceptable excuse for not using a printed version of the worksheet.

Headset

You will not be allowed to participate in classroom voice coaching without a working headset. It need not be expensive but it must be used and correctly configured for WizIQ BEFORE entering a class. Link to check everything is here: http://www.wiziq.com/info/technicalinfo.aspx

Profile Summary

We do not need "them", we only need each other.

This group of pilgrims called "The Edupunk" are seeking a new paradigm for online learning. We hold to several core principals:
1. All can teach, all should teach
2. Mistakes and willing to risk mistakes are much prefered over the false goal of perfection.
3. Fun activities and gaming are not only more engaging, they are the key to a sustainable model for learning... anything.
4. Live interaction and group activities create the basis for deep and experiential learning.
5. Accountability and competition is the basis of our community. We build and only associate with leaders who can recognize that they and every member have knowledge to share.
