My biography: (Subject to updates)
I am originally a Somali brother, I descend from the tribe of Is-haaq then Habar She'law then Reer Dhaahir. I born and grew up in UAE. I finished my school there, and it was a blessing from Allah that I naturally acquired the Arabic language from my birth in UAE. I learned some English in UAE before I move to UK.
About who I take my knowledge from, as you know by now, I live away from the land of the scholars, and there are no scholars here in UK. So, people like me are forced to settle for other means of seeking knowledge. And that is using materials such as audios and books, as well as making the most of the duroos and dawrahs that are available online. I have signed up for the Al-Baidha institution, which is supervised by shaykh Abu 'Umar Usaamah bin 'Ataaya Al-'Utaibee who is in Madeenah. I have been attending his lesson online for over a year. Here are some subjects that were covered in his institution :
1-Three fundamental principles, did not attend from that start but concluded the explanation of shaykh ibnul-uthaimeen rahimahullah.
2-Manhajus-salalikeen, finished kitaabut-Tahaarah and kitaabus-Salaah.
3-200 questions in aqeedah by Al-Haafith Al-Hakami rahimahullah, I did not attend from the start.
4-Lessons in the Manhaj, from a book authored by shaykh Usaamah himself.
I have also registered on norayn distance learning institution which is based on Ar-Riyyadh in KSA. This institution has been launched by shaykh Saalih bin Muhammad Al-Luhaidaan, who is from the major scholars in KSA. The subjects that I have so far covered with this institution are :

2-Nukhbatul-Fikar (written explanation)
3-Forty hadeeths of imam An-Nawawi, abridged explanation of Shaykh Ibnul-'Uthaimeen rahimahul-llah.
More recently, I have signed up with another online institution based in Madeenah. Classes are delivered by Shaykh Haythaam bin Muhammad Sarhaan hafithahul-llah, the teacher at the Al-Masjidun-Nabawee. We so far covered:
1-Four principles, explanation and written test.
2-Three fundamental principles, explanation, oral and written test.

Also, I have been attending online seminars delivered by salafi scholars such as Shaykh Maahir bin Thaafir Al-QahTaanee hafithahul-llah and other scholars whom their classes or lectures are broadcasted via Sahab.net or Miraath or Salafi Duroos or Beyluxe. (Notice: this section was updated to reflect the regular attending. Taking out names of scholars does not mean I no longer refer to them in matters of knowledge).
Also, I have the explanation of about any essential book you could think of as well as the work of many scholars, either audio or hard copy or electronic copy Wal-hamdulil--llah
I am also in contact with some scholars via the phone walhamdulillah.
I also travel to Birmingham to attend conferences when scholars are invited. And I am in contact with other students of knowledge in UK and other countries wal-hamdulil-llah
Now, I would like to make a clarification here, which I do not claim to be the student of anyone directly. This is because I do not fulfill the conditions of that. I have asked scholars if people like me are excused under the conditions I mentioned above to use tapes and books to seek knowledge, and the answer was yes and it is hoped that they can be called students of knowledge.
Lastly, if you find in my work anything that opposes the Qur'aan and the Sunnah at the understanding of the companions then you should correct me. And may Allah reward he who directs me to my faults.
We ask Allah to grant us the sincerity in our sayings and actions.
Walhamdulillahi Awwalan wa Aakhiran.
