About the Class

This is an introductory level class that will cover the fundamental concepts of Project Management using Primavera software. This class has been designed for engineering degree,diploma & MBA students.The topics that will be covered in this class include CPM/PERT network concepts, calculation of scheduled dates and marking of Critical Path using Primavera software. These topics will be covered from a theoretical perspective and one example will be solved. The student must know CPM/PERT network fundamentals before joining this class.
