About the Class
In this class we talk about travelling. We will be using most of the class time to use English to talk to each other so you will get the most out of this if you have a microphone.
BEFORE YOU COME TO CLASS
You should prepare for this class before you come by looking at:
1) how to use comparative/superlative forms in English:
http://hartledistancelearning.wikispaces.com/B1+5+Page+Five
2) checking that you know the meaning and pronunciation of these terms:
comfortable, convenient, reliable, good value for money, unusual, punctual, expensive, healthy, dangerous, luxury
This is a good dictionary site where you can listen to the pronunciation of the words too:
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/comfortable
3) downloading the worksheet called "Travelling" that I have put on WizIQ. You should complete the sentences on this worksheet by typing them onto a Word document (or similar) so that in class you can simply copy and paste into the chat box. This gives you more time to think in advance and saves us time in the lesson.
The level of the class is intermediate which means that if you can read and understand this description easily then you can come to class.
