Patricia has over 30 years of experience in the profession of real estate business and finance.
She has facilitated numerous real estate investor workshops and 1st-Time home buyer classes in communities, schools, and churches nationwide.
During her career as real estate Broker,(1982-2006), Patricia trained 500+ real estate agents through her real estate brokerage firm, coaching many to the Million Dollar Awards Club.
Her career includes Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the Baton Rouge Community College(1998-2001), where she introduced to BRCC Chancellor the course "Real Estate an Introduction to the Profession" she inspired many students to get into the real estate business.
Patricia has also served as National-Faith-Based Consultant,(2000-2005) to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. and taught as one of their instructors, in the University of Real Estate, she conducted classes and instructed real estate agents and brokers from around the nation.
While President of "American Dreams Do Come True" Real Estate Network, Inc., she specialized in preparing funding packages to non-profit organizations for real estate developments of sanctuaries, schools, daycare centers, and community buildings.
Aside from real estate Patricia opened Kingdom Mortgage USA, LLC to fight the plight of predatory lending.
In 2003-2006, Patricia became a certified Housing Counselor through Housing Urban Development's(HUD)and worked for Non-Proft Solutions, Inc.
Since then, Patricia has actively been conducting empowerment workshops sharing principles and the process of: "Learn How to Purchase Real Estate"; Avoiding and STOP Foreclosures; How to Improve Credit and Increase Your Credit Scores; and How to Start Your Own Business?
She continues to touch the lives of thousands of individuals, empowering families, faith-based organizations, and corporations who have successfully been empowered to purchase and have sold real estate with her assistance and instructions.
Now as a new author, her experiences and teachings are projected to reach and bless many nationally and internationally. Her first book titled "As For Me and My House" will be published March 2011.
