Katti is the Founder of The Powell Method which teaches singers multiple vocal techniques, multiple genres of singing, vocal health, and performance skills. Katti has been teaching private voice professionally since 2001. She launched her online Instructor Certification Program in 2009 as a way to duplicate her efforts.
