Mr. R K Sharma has an interesting professional journey with 15 years of colourful experience. In 1994 he started his career with American Remedies, a pharmaceutical company, proved his excellence and moved to Johnson and Johnson ltd. In recognition of his outstanding performance he was picked up by Pfizer ltd., the world’s no. 1 pharmaceutical company. He created history by earning various awards and recognition in his career of eleven years in Pfizer.
After discovering his training instinct RK made a move to the noble profession of training and developing young management graduates at a prestigious management College of Sriganganagar. His talent and skills coupled with corporate experience made him earn additional higher responsibilities as a Regional Operation workout coordinator and also as a Regional Resource Training for Sumer internship and placements.
RK along with one of his close friend established Soft skills Training Academy at Sriganganagar and earned an approval as AIMA nodal centre.
Inspired by growing need of Soft Skills in young career aspirants he introduced a unique concept of Skills ‘n’ Success - Self Learning Multimedia Kit for development of Soft Skills.
A certificate course of ICSE and a first class graduate degree of science from MDS University, Ajmer. RK has never looked back. He holds a PG Diploma in Business Management from MDS University, Ajmer.
RK has a vast experience of participating and conducting various programs on communication skills, personality development, mastering the interview skills, enhancing confidence etc. His trained people are today outperforming as business managers in leading multinational and national companies. He has flair of developing people and showing them the way forward.
