About the Class

This class is about the history of one of the most important conventions in copyright law.
The Berne Convention also called the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works is an international agreement governing copyright, which was first accepted in Berne, Switzerland in 1886 and probably one of the most important copyright conventions ever signed, because it covers an international range of countries.
It is designed for anybody who is interested in how to use rights properly, encouraging journalistic work.
For all of you who missed the last class on Thursday this is the same class you have registered for, because I am repeating everything what I planned to say last lesson.

Language of instruction: English

Keywords: law, journalism, copyright, berne convention, 1886, third class
