About the Class

Organization Behaviour is an important subject in the curriculum of various Management and Commerce related courses. For the purpose of clearing exams and positive evaluation, students must be thorough with the Short Answer Questions. About the Class- The Individual

The first class on Organization Behaviour will start with definitions and clarifications of various concepts like Values, Attitudes, Job Satisfaction, Personality, Emotions, Perception, Motivation relating to the Individual. The moderator Namrata Arora will then give tips to memorize these to score well in the tests. In the first class, at least 50 concepts would be discussed in detail.
