About the Class

FPeLearning Innovative Instructional Design Model by Dale H Eberwein

Description:
The primary purpose of FPeLearning (Flash Player electronic Learning) is the professional development of teachers, trainers, and educators in academic settings and for professional development, that introduces technological strategies which are easy to master and apply. FPeLearning is designed, to aid teachers, professors, trainers, and professional educators with curricular dissemination using technology as an enhancement to presentational formatting. The use of flash presentation, in course curriculum, is new to education and instruction, and pedagogical strategies using this medium for effective dissemination of core content is the wave of the future (FPeLearning, 2010).

Significance:
FPeLearning represents a cutting edge approach to technology enhanced pedagogical practice. It is only limited by the user’s imagination regarding potential applications. Flash design removes the need for rehearsal of presentations as it is published and remains constant until redesigned. Removing the burden of splitting attention between what is written (PowerPoint) and socialization with students, FPeLearning allows greater focus on constructivist methods and places the facilitator as a guide on the side for increased social interactions with the attending audience, thus encouraging the greatest potential outcome to the instructional interface.

Brief Biography:
Dale H. Eberwein MAED/CI-AE is the founder and CEO of FPeLearning systems. He has been a professional educator for over 30 years and teaches to this day at North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. He has developed over 300 courseware modules for business and industry and came to the realization that the process was easy to teach and could be applied to any training scenario or classroom in the nation and perhaps globally. His commitment to life long education is evidenced by his pursuit of an Educational Leadership and Educational Technology, Doctoral Degree with University of Phoenix. His immediate goals include using the FPeLearning model for his dissertation and plans are underway for intensive research into the viability of this strategy for educational purposes. The combination of FPeLearning with the modern classroom imbues a passion for education while effectively enhancing time management to full potential, and aiding teachers in their quest for "best practice" impacts to their teaching strategies.
