Most often people feel bad about themselves, but others feel bad about themselves more than they should. Having an unhealthy self-esteem may be cause by being treated poorly recently or in the past. I'm attending but any how my Self-Esteem is good enough . What I'm actually in search of is something to get better at "WILL POWER" and "SELF-CONTROL" . I 'll be very thankful if someone suggests me something for this .

Irtza, thanks for your comment. An excellent point. Please keep in mind that if you wish to improve your Will Power or Self-Control then you must improve your Self-esteem. I will explain more during my presentation.
