thanks to everyone who came along to the class. Your contributions were, as always, extremely interesting, and your English - wonderful! I hope those of you who just listened were inspired to join in another time. Even if you can just say a word or two - it's a first step, and everyone is willing you on! We very much enjoyed discussing topics from how English is taught in schools to whether we should place such value on material possessions, and whether Santa wears green or red! Ho ho ho. Happy new year to you all. (Of the CE, Western variety.)
