Program addresses the following learning dimensions in the management of IT –
1. People -- Organizational Change and how IT can be used in firms to provide competitive advantage in a dynamic market. People management and enabling human resources to utilize information technology to develop strategic capabilities of an organization is addressed in the program in depth.

The MSIST Program covers People, Process, and Technology within the Management of Information Systems through application of Framework with Theory, Empirical Studies and Interactive discussions and Research. This allows a student to understand the paradigms in IT, theory of Organizations, information technology to support organizations and social media. Students understand and analyze issues facing CIOs and CEOs; the use of information policy and economics, ethics, and finally, the purpose, concepts, problems and solutions related to use of management information systems globally and internationally.
