About the Class

This session by Ken Baldwin, presents the benefits of regular exercise for all aspects and ages of your life. Amongst the topics that would be discussed in this session, there would be areview of American College of Sports Medicine’s exercise guidelines, exercise prescription development, and a time management exercise plan. In addition, this session would provide essential information empowering you to develop an exercise program focusing on these three components:

  • strength,
  • cardiovascular,
  • flexibility training
. At the end of the session, there would be an open forum to discuss any exercise related questions, you might have.

Attendees will be educated in the following:
  • Participants will become familiar with the fine art and perfection of exercise program design and implementation
  • Learn to design your exercise program with safety and confidence
  • Learn to successfully replicate, memorize and perfect the mechanics and recommended/expected range of motions for a specific exercise movement
