It's all about the Love... L-O-V-E. This is intended to be a Power Hour of "Meditation in Motion" focusing on the Callanetics Exercise Method by Callan Pinckney & "The Power" by Rhonda Byrne.
Materials Needed:
*Any Callanetics exercise book or video by Callan Pinckney (often available at your local library or for purchase, online and off.)
Today's demonstration will feature CardioCallanetics, the Perfect Balance of Ballet & Yoga in a Rhythmic Format.
*"The Power" audiobook by Rhonda Byrne (available for purchase or download on iTunes.) Participants will be listening to their own copies of the recording during the chosen exercise routine.
