This is an introduction to the project management software namely MS Project and its application to construction industry projects. The topic will highlight the importance of Computerised approach towards managing mega projects with specific reference to the TIME & COST. All participants should be necessarily a Civil Engineer who is either working on mega projects or preparing for a career in construction firms.
