Behaviour-Based Interview Structure Training.
90 minute On-Line Training Session (if interactive)
Behaviour-Based Interview Structure Training is an interactive training session for those wishing to understand, or improve their knowledge and skill as either an interviewer, or an interviewee.
We will look at the background to the behaviour, or competency-based interview technique, and why it is now the most widely used selection interview process in the world. We will also walk through a typical behaviour-based recruitment interview and look at what is covered in each section, and why, and how it might be managed by a experienced, professional interviewer.
Finally, we will look at what specific arrangements, materials and tools an interviewer might need to conduct a successful behaviour-based interview.
** What we do not cover in this session is question technique, body language, assessing the candidate, probing techniques and skills, interviewer and interviewee behaviour.
