About the Class

Presenter: Dr. Harry Bloom
A recent survey of over 100 day school board presidents revealed
the fact that fewer than 40% of day schools have a strategic plan
and a long range financial plan. That same survey indicated that
schools that have a strategic plan are statistically more likely to
utilize best educational practices and to be financially strong. This
pragmatic webinar will address the following issues: What are the key
steps in strategic and long range financial planning? What are the
key components and what does each part look like? What causes a
strategic plan to actually get implemented rather than sit on a dusty
bookshelf?
