Comparative Financial Analysis, often called “benchmarking,”
offers tools that enable individual schools and clusters of schools
to be more proactive in managing their finances. The Institute has
developed and successfully piloted a program involving 14 key
ratios that help a school evaluate its own performance, compare
performance across schools, and assess areas of potential
improvement. Learn about how to use benchmarking to add deep
insights and greater reflectivity to your annual budgeting process.
