Profile Summary
From january 2007 until know I have lost over 150 kg of weight - and there are another 30 kg to go in the next months. So I really have a lot of experience on losing weight in a healthy way and I want to share my wisdom with the world hoping I can help someone else to get a better life and healthier body also.
