About the Class

Classes continue every Friday at WizIQ

In this scene we move to a cozy little restaurant for some more information about our cast. It certainly seems that Walter is not going to get Hildy back. Remember this is about listening skills. The MP3 audio should be your primary review material with the script to help. The movie clips are nice to view once at first but do NOT continue with them. The visual information, while nice and fun, prevent your building of listening skills.

Please download the mp3 for review and practice. Also review the script and post any questions below in the comments section of this blog. Only questions posted here will be entertained during class time. PLEASE continue to listen to the MP3 the skills you develop for hearing and understanding spoken English will only come with time.

Here is the link for the MP3 Audio and the SCRIPT please download files for the current scene and print out.

Profile Summary

We do not need "them", we only need each other.

This group of pilgrims called "The Edupunk" are seeking a new paradigm for online learning. We hold to several core principals:
1. All can teach, all should teach
2. Mistakes and willing to risk mistakes are much prefered over the false goal of perfection.
3. Fun activities and gaming are not only more engaging, they are the key to a sustainable model for learning... anything.
4. Live interaction and group activities create the basis for deep and experiential learning.
5. Accountability and competition is the basis of our community. We build and only associate with leaders who can recognize that they and every member have knowledge to share.
