The role of a teacher is extremely crucial for developing the personality of students. These core values are the lifeline of our society and it is the teachers who imbibe these values in the future generations. I develop course material in Mathematics that is challenging and interest generating.
I have proved my acumen in the field of teaching Mathematics to the past students. Some of my student’s performance has incremented by over 25% to 30% percent in their exam. I emphasise on improving the calculation speed.
My style is dialogue based interactive with emphasis on the conceptual understanding of the topic that I cover. I am aware that different students have differing capacities to grasp the subject.
I wonder that on account of lack of sincere effort on part of the teachers, the society may have lost many a ‘Newtons’. Hence as I am perplexed with this concern I make attempts to keep the students interest alive and kicking. This is the mission of my life.
