The purpose of IT4ALL Talks is to discuss and demonstrate techniques that facilitate active life-long learning skills. The workshops will demonstrate how Moodle Course Management System (CMS), IT4ALL GE, WikiEducator, Twitter, Facebook and WiZiQ can be combined to enhance online instruction and learning via Blended Learning (BL) and Blended Online Learning (BOL) modalities.

This week's IT4ALL Talks will be given by Dale H. Eberwein who will introduce a revolutionary new e-learning technology called FPeLearning.

Dale H. Eberwein MAED/CI-AE is the founder and CEO of FPeLearning systems. He has been a professional educator for over 30 years and teaches to this day at North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. He has developed over 300 courseware modules for business and industry and came to the realization that the process was easy to teach and could be applied to any training scenario or classroom in the nation and perhaps globally. His commitment to life long education is evidenced by his pursuit of an Educational Leadership and Educational Technology, Doctoral Degree with University of Phoenix. His immediate goals include using the FPeLearning model for his dissertation and plans are underway for intensive research into the viability of this strategy for educational purposes. The combination of FPeLearning with the modern classroom imbues a passion for education while effectively enhancing time management to full potential, and aiding teachers in their quest for "best practice" impacts to their teaching strategies.

FPeLearning takes core curriculum, converts to Power Point, Adds Narration, Uses Quizzes and Engagement strategies and then is published for future presentations with students or trainees. This methodology then places the subject matter expertise in a technological formatting and allows instructors to assume a "guide on the side mentality instead of a sage on the stage," methodology.
