The presenter in this session intends to deal with a large spectrum of stress related issues. The initial segment deals with the basic information about stress. Thereafter, the presenter proceeds to the advanced effects of stress. Stress can affect the performance of an individual. What kind of effects it can have on the routine work of a person? What is phobia stress? How and why one gets panic attacks? All these questions are addressed in the session. The session slowly progresses into building resilience to stress factors and some relaxing techniques to ease out stress.
