Perhaps each one of us undergoes stress prevalent in its various manifestations. How we can identify it becomes a pertinent question. Stress can also have a positive or a negative influence. Anyone who undergoes stress can transform its negativity to positivity. This is an important feature in fighting stress. The presenter also labels various techniques to de stress.
