Profile Summary

Hi, I am originally from California, where I graduated from Loma Linda University (just a few years ago) in 1980. I went on to get my Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Shenandoah University in Virginia.

It has been my privilege now to teach English as a Second Language for more than 25 years in seven different countries. As I look back on my journey, it has been both enjoyable and rewarding. Enjoyable in that I have had the privilege of meeting and working with many people of different cultures. Rewarding in that I have had a small part in helping others hopefully have a better life. These experiences, I believe, have enriched my life and enabled me to see more clearly outside of "my little box."
