01. INFORMAL ENGLISH

One main use of language is to get things done by others. Our daily life brings many situations where we have to use the language in a polite and clever manner to function well in the world outside us.

03. SPEAKING AT LENGTH
Language is not always about conversations only. Sometimes you have to talk on a given issue for a few minutes. Think of a situation where you need to give a presentation to a group of people or explain the benefits of your product or service to your customers in a convincing way. In a more closer-to-home setting, you will have to explain a situation to a friend of yours. These all involve talking at some length. How do we improve these skills ?
