Objective of this session: - Become aware of a portfolio of methods for attracting candidates and,
- to select the most appropriate method for particular types of job.
This presentation will mainly focus on attracting passive candidates, currently not seeking employment. The magic is reaching not just lots of candidates, but the one great talent that will make your search a success. The reason why finding that great hire can be so challenging is very simple great people arent job hunting. They already have one.
At the end of this session, you would be able to:- What are the differences between active, passive and in-house candidates?
- Which method is suited for each type of candidate?
- How to reach passive candidates?
The session room would be open at 08:50 PM Tokyo time but the actual session would start from 09:00 PM Tokyo time. The 10 minutes would be used by the presenter to upload the presentation and check audio/ video levels.
